These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SysAlbania (the “Service”), operated at sysalbania.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. By using the Service you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
2. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Sign-up requires a verified email address; some actions may require additional verification. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable use & security content
SysAlbania is an educational platform covering cybersecurity topics. You agree to use all techniques, tools, proof-of-concept code, and materials only on systems you own or are explicitly authorized to test. You must not use the Service to engage in unauthorized access, attacks, fraud, malware distribution, harassment, or any unlawful activity. You are solely responsible for how you apply what you learn.
4. User submissions
You retain ownership of content you submit (comments, CVE research, and similar). By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute it in connection with the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to what you submit and for its accuracy and legality. We may review, edit, or remove submissions at our discretion.
5. Memberships & payments
Paid memberships (“Pro”/“Team”) are billed through our payment processor on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its articles, courses, design, and software, is owned by SysAlbania and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our content without permission.
7. Third-party services
You may sign in using third-party providers (such as Google or GitHub). Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms. The Service also relies on third-party providers for hosting, email, analytics, and payments. We are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Disclaimers
The Service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information is complete or accurate. Nothing on the Service is professional or legal advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SysAlbania will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
